Our naturally fermented Pearl Barley Miso uses organic Scottish barley and is matured slowly for 6 months. This miso is rich in colour, unctuous and deep in umami flavour.
Use it as a base for stocks or soups or even add a dollop into your next batch of cookies!

Our noodles are made from regenerative flour grown in the UK and are steamed, not fried (as most instant noodles are) to avoid palm oil and make them healthier.
